- 15gm unsalted dried kelp
- 50gm dried green beans
- 1 medium papaya
- 30gm dried lily bulbs
- 1 small piece dried tangerine peel
- 300gm lean pork
- salt to taste
- Soak kelp in water until soften, rinse well.
- Rinse greens beans and lily bulbs.
- Peel and deseeded papaya. Cut into chunks.
- Scald pork in boiling water briefly. Rinse well.
- Place all ingredients in a pot, except salt, add 2L water and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
